Sukamoai provides a comprehensive platform for modernizing COBOL applications. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• COBOL Program Analysis: Automated analysis to create Abstract Syntax Trees (AST) and Concrete Syntax Trees (CST).
• Business Logic Extraction: Tools to identify, extract, and document core business logic from COBOL code.
• Code Conversion and Refactoring: Conversion of COBOL to modern languages with automatic refactoring and optimization.
• Unit and Integration Test Generation: Automatic generation of tests for the converted code.
• Documentation and Maintenance Tools: Features to explain, document, and facilitate the long-term maintenance of the new codebase.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all data and content, particularly your COBOL source code, that you input, upload, or generate through our products and services. You must not use the Service to transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. AI and Content Disclaimer

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to perform analysis, logic extraction, and code conversion. AI-generated code, documentation, insights, or content are provided for informational and development purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for independently verifying any information, code, or insights provided by our AI-powered products and for ensuring the suitability of any generated content for your specific business needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukamoai and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
